Bathing our senses in the forest is the perfect family activity to help us all transition from the unstructured freedom of summer to the routine of the school year. Spending time in nature helps to reduce mental fatigue and improve cognitive ability.
This Walk will take place on Sunday, August 6th from 8:00am until 10:00am at a location to be determined (pending the ages of participants) in or near Jackson, Tennessee.
