Details about the Walk:

PARKING AND MEETING PLACE AT UNION TRAILS

We will meet in Taylor Circle entrance parking lot (You will receive an email with an attached map) at 9:00am. Due to the nature of the walk, it is important that you are on time so that the group can get started. You might also find this link helpful to put in your GPS: https://goo.gl/maps/PvSzShBu9Qf9BRL36

RESTROOMS

There are NO restrooms at this trail system. Please plan accordingly.

WHAT TO BRING

Since we will be moving very slowly and sometimes not moving at all, dress in layers (warmer than you think you’ll need). Bring water, comfortable clothing that you won’t mind getting dirty or wet if we sit on the ground, shoes that are quick and easy to take off and put on (should you feel inspired to spend any time barefoot), and a raincoat if rain is in the forecast.

PAYMENT (non-refundable, if you cannot attend, you will receive a credit for a future event)

The suggested fee for this walk is $50. It is my heart's desire for everyone to experience forest bathing no matter their ability to pay. You will find two scaled payment options.

I have allotted 2.5 hours total and we will be back at the trailhead no later than 11:30am. I am looking forward to seeing you! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out via email at TheRestorativeWillow@gmail.com
